FAQs

Frequently asked questions about 360 Wraps and vehicle wraps:

What is a vehicle wrap?

A vehicle wrap is a way to turn your car, truck, van, boat, or trailer into an eye catching moving billboard for the Metroplex to see. A car wrap is the most efficient way to offset the rising costs of owning a car, from the payments, to the insurance and gas prices. When you are advertising your business everywhere you go, then owning a vehicle is not just a way to get from point 'A' to point 'B' anymore. Vehicle Wraps are like carefully applying a giant custom bumper sticker to your entire car.

How much does it cost to Wrap a vehicle?

Wraps are priced by the square foot.  An average full wrap on a vehicle can range from $2,000 to $5,000 depending on the amount of square footage of material that is required to wrap the vehicle.   This is much less than the cost of having a billboard that you must rent every month.  You buy a wrap one time and it pays for itself over the span of five years or more. You name it and we can wrap it. If you have something you need wrapped and we have NOT wrapped it before we are thrilled to have the opportunity to pioneer new wrap styles.

Why Should I get a vehicle wrap instead of cut vinyl or paint?

Although we also provide cut vinyl if that’s what you prefer, a vehicle wrap provides maximum exposure for your business and brings it to life with eye-catching crystal clear graphics, and you are never limited to any amount of color or creativity. A vehicle wrap also lasts much longer than cut vinyl, and protects your paint from the harsh rays of the sun. Often when you remove cut vinyl the lines from it will still be visible on the vehicle due to fading of the paint.

A vehicle wrap is better than paint because it is more cost effective, and can be changed if your company details change. It can also be easily removed should you decide to sell your vehicle.

Will a wrap hurt the paint of vehicle?

No the paint under the wrap is protected from the harsh UV rays of the sun, exposure to the elements, and minor scratches.  Think of it as driving around with the worlds tightest car cover. A wrap will not affect the resale value of your vehicle.

What if I get into an accident or the wrap gets messed up?

Since your wrap is replaceable we can reprint and install any panel of graphics that may be damaged on your vehicle. We always save your artwork in case it ever needs to be reprinted. Sometimes this is even covered by your insurance should you get into an accident. Please check with your insurance provider.

How long do  graphic wraps last?

We are Fellers Certified and use 3M’s best materials. According to 3M a vehicle wrap will last 5 or more years.

Is it removable?

Yes. We recommend that you bring your vehicle back to us to remove your wrap. Removing it yourself may remove some of your paint, so our installers are also experts at uninstalling wraps with special materials.

How long does it take to wrap a vehicle?

A typical wrap will take 3 to 5 days to install including more time for the design and total turn around from call to completion can be as short as one week.

If you have any questions that you do not see here please do not hesitate to call or email and someone from the 360 Wraps team will be happy to assist you.
