The Boneyard Haunted House in Texas unveils it latest entry into the Wrapped Vehicle Arena. A 2010 Dodge RAM was selected to be completely covered or wrapped in vinyl graphics. The Boneyard, one of the top Haunted Houses in Dallas has been using vehicle wraps since 2008 and currently has a total of six vehicles that make up their fleet. Ranging from a H2-Hummer all the way down to a VW-Bug. The Boneyard has consistently built their Branding and public image from the start. "Quality and Value are vital when presenting your companies image to the public, and is what our customers have come to expect from the Boneyard" said Dan Hall - Owner of the Boneyard Haunted House. "If you put your name on it - it has to be right! it doesn't matter if its a Hummer or a coffee cup" said Hall. Dan from the Boneyard had searched for a company to partner with to wrap vehicles for the Haunted House promotions. The main reason he chose 360 Wraps was because the design elements on the Boneyard vehicles were so detailed that he was having a hard time finding someone that could take his vision and create a vehicle wrap reality with it. After 5 vehicles in 3 years, the partnership is going strong. ![]() Who says you have to own a business to get your vehicle wrapped? Aside from personal vehicle customization, and as a means to market their businesses, people are getting more and more creative with what they can market via their method of transportation! Last week we were contacted by Buddy Pilgrim, campaign manager for Broden for Congress. He wanted to find out if he could benefit from our services, and could he ever! After Buddy visited our shop to take a look at some of our previous work, the decision made to invest in a 360 vehicle wrap was an easy one. The idea was to take some of the campaign funds that would typically be used in a political campaign for purchasing advertising such as radio, television, or print media, etc; and triple the value of his dollar by getting a couple of vehicle wraps instead.. The first vehicle we wrapped for the campaign was Pastor Stephen Broden's personal vehicle, a Chevrolet Suburban. DeVaughn Jones, our lead designer, and Buddy sat down to design the wrap together. The result was a partial wrap that would get their message across and simultaneously be cost effective. Buddy was thrilled with the very first design that DeVaughn put together for him. The objective was to create a clean design, with a clear message, that would spark conversation with those driving the wrapped vehicles. The attention-grabbing vehicles will allow the campaign supporters driving the vehicles to engage with the community and open the lines of communication in order to share Pastor Broden's message.Shortly thereafter, Buddy brought in vehicle number two, another suburban he wanted to have wrapped with the same design. If you’re interested in finding out about Pastor Stephen Broden visit www.brodenforcongress.com .Whether you’re running for congress or running a business, here’s some food for thought: for the same amount of money you would spend on a stationary billboard for one month, a 30 second commercial, or a 1 time 1/2 page news paper ad, you could wrap your vehicle and advertise to everyone... everywhere you drive... for the next three years! ![]() Another Friday is finally here! Along with it, are unsurpassed feelings of gratitude and accomplishment. If you thought Wrap Buddies was sensational- just wait until you see what we’ve done now! Once upon a time, Tommy Strader, was contacted by a young girl who found us through Wrap Buddies, our non-profit charity. She had to wear a brace due to her scoliosis and wanted to know if there was anything Tommy could do to make it look better. Naturally, we welcomed the opportunity and had the chance to fancy up her brace with a nifty wrap. Along the process, we found out she was a patient at the Scottish Rite Hospital. This particular hospital is a non-profit center that specializes in pedriatic orthopedics. We felt that combining our powers with theirs, great things would come about. Sure enough, one of the doctors from the hospital referred 9th grader, Hope, to us. When I heard that Hope would be coming in last Friday to get her prosthetic legs wrapped, I didn’t know what to expect. Hope was born with spina bifida and consequently had to wear braces her whole life, in order to walk. At the age of 13, both of her legs had to be amputated and replaced with prosthetic legs. We heard she hadn’t gone to school in over a year because (as most of us can remember) teenagers can be cruel and insensitive. I asked to myself, “How in world could anyone have the nerve to try and make her feel bad?” This question only intensified when I finally met Hope. Here in front of me was a gorgeous, sweet, young girl with an equally kind and beautiful family. Well, that’s why here at 360 Wraps we have decided to take this matter into our own hands. Like... said “All that is needed for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing.” When we got her legs wrapped, everyone agreed that we had to get her in front of our camera lens. We set her up with some funky, bright colored shoes that were donated to Hope by Yums Shoes! We would like to give a big shout out and thanks to the generous crew over at Yums, as they are partnering with us on more future Wrap Buddies projects. Then we engaged in a full blown photo-shoot. The only thought intensifying in my mind by this point? “This girl is a star.” She posed, flung her hair, shot the camera alluring looks, and pretty much behaved as though she was born to model. Her photos, by no surprise to anyone, were stunning. Hope has aspirations of being a model and we think she has what it takes. If you have a company or know someone with a company that is looking for a model, please contact us and we can get a hold of Hope and her family for you. So not only did Hope come in for a wrap, but she brought her ever so cute little sister Chloe. Chloe is 4 years old, she was also born with spina bifida. Although we didn’t have a brace, or a band to wrap, naturally we had to find something! Take a look at the new and improved pink designs we applied on her wheelchair. Chloe might also be well on her way to Hollywood. I was told to go ask her to give me her flirty eyes, and she looked up at me with a big a mischievous grin and repeatedly raised both eyebrows. It was the highlight of my day. As it would have been yours, if you had been there! Thank you for stopping by! Please stay tuned for our weekly blog, and upcoming Wrap Buddies Party on September 17th. Everyone is welcome to come by our shop to see how we operate and meet the team. We are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of 12:30pm to 1:30pm, when we will be closed for lunch. Have a fun and safe weekend! |
